And I'm not sure anybody makes a single-din version, so you are looking at a double-din setup. So, the most expensive part (other than the radio) will be a new dash surround for whatever kind of radio you get, to fit a normal-shaped radio/display. The 4' screen dash is not really compatible with any aftermarket stereo setups I know of. I would assume that 10' or bigger screen is mounted outside because it doesn't fit in the dash. I have read some threads in the past that mention the Maestro dash kit. I have a 2014 F150 XLT with the 4.2” screen and I’m looking at getting an apple carplay compatible radio. I have never really cared for it until recently when my friend did his whole sound system and it was done so good it made me want it in my truck lol.
